Extra Thankful

If it seems like I’ve been a little absent lately, well, it’s because I have. But I have a pretty good excuse. This Thanksgiving, we have a little something extra to be thankful for.

So what does this mean for business? Not much! I’ve been shooting weddings as usual through the whole morning sickness bit without anyone knowing. However, I will be taking June, July, and August off, apart from anything that has previously been booked. Starting back in September, it will be business as usual.

We’re very excited about our upcoming addition!

Katie & John | Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Wedding

As I was driving to Katie and John’s Ritz Carlton Resort of Naples wedding yesterday, I was reminded of what a blessing it was. From they day that they booked to the day of their wedding, Katie, John and their families have been some of the kindest and most wonderful people I’ve ever had the opportunity of working with. It’s not every day that you come across clients like these and I must admit, I was a bit sad for me when the wedding was over, but undeniably happy for Katie and John!

My most sincere congratulations to you two!

Rachel, all I can say is WOW. Now that I am home and can see them on something larger than an iphone, I can’t stop looking at them. These seriously take my breath away because they capture everything that I was feeling on this day and I will always be able to remember that because of you. I love everything about them! Not only is she adorable (those eyes!!), but this is an amazingly adorable concept — lighting, the book, the window nook. This shoot would’ve been my portrait of preference when I was her age!
