The workshop reregistration is closed. We had a great time!
The next (un)Workshop will be held on Saturday, July 23 at Haileybury College, Hertford, England, just north of London.

The Details

Date: Saturday, July 23
Time: 10am-6pm
Cost: £375
Who: The ideal attendee is an advanced amateur and ready to take it to the next level and go pro, or someone who is newly pro.
What: The Workshop will be an intensive day full of instruction about lighting (flash/studio/natural), shooting techniques, Photoshop and Lightroom training, portfolio building with great models, and networking with other photographers. It’s going to be great! Registration fee must be paid by Paypal. Workshop spots can only be reserved with payment. You’ll take home the goodies from our sponsors, my basic workflow actions for Photoshop and presets for Lightroom, as well as pass to attend three of my online classes for free, so if you forget any of what you learned, you’ll be able to keep it fresh in your mind for months to come!

About Rachel:

I started out as a teacher. Although I enjoyed teaching, I knew I didn’t have the passion for it that I ought to for a long-time career. When my family moved abroad, I decided to leave teaching and become a stay at home mom. Armed with a blog and many hours of nap time, I bought my first DSLR on a whim to try and get better blog photographs. After realizing getting good pictures was not just a matter of having the right camera, I devoted my free time to learning everything about photography that I could. Soon, my friends started asking me to take pictures of them and I jumped into business in 2007. I have since written tutorials, become a contributor and workshop instructor at I Heart Faces, started teaching (un)Workshops in various states around the country, and teaching online classes in Lightroom and Photoshop, the ultimate combination of my love of teaching and photography.
What I love best about the workshops is the relationship building. You’ll get a chance to network with other photographers and have a chance for a day to be surrounded by people with the same passions as you! I keep in touch with nearly all of my past workshop attendees and treasure the opportunities to meet such wonderful people. I hope you can join us, too!
