Meet Patrick and Anna. And baby Jonah, of course. Beyond really cool people to photograph, they’re also our friends.
From the very beginning of my photography business, Anna has given me a great amount of support and affirmation. Within days of finding out she was pregnant, she wanted to start talking maternity pictures. After all this waiting, it was great walking around their alma mater, East Carolina University, to do their pictures. It was here on these grounds that they met and had their first kiss. And now years later, they’re walking the grounds waiting for Jonah. And I think it’s safe to say that Patrick is officially an expert at lightly cupping.
Patrick and Anna, thanks for the opportunity to capture this exciting time in your lives. You’ll undoubtedly be great parents! We can’t wait to meet baby Jonah!

These are really sweet. Question: do you ever photoshop out wrinkles in clothing? I did for this wedding I recently shot and it was kind of a pain, and it got me to wondering if other people were crazy too. Anyway, fantastic job!
